The Bubble platform does not allow publishing sites with nudity content.
The default payment provider (Stripe) does not allow publishing sites with nudity or dating content.
Indeed mentioned platform have policies that they follow. A possible solution might be to revise the content type you would like to promote within your app and choose a non-restricted one.
